Terms of Service

These are Terms of service For the 

Client:

• The client is the person or company that engages the services of A PF Consultancy Company.

Consultant:

• The consultant is the person or company that provides services to the client.

Services:

• The services that A PF Consultancy Company provides include, but are not limited to, business consulting, financial consulting, and marketing consulting.

Fees:

• The fees for A PF Consultancy Company's services will be agreed upon by the client and consultant in writing prior to the commencement of services.

Payment:

• Payment for A PF Consultancy Company's services is due in full upon completion of services.

Termination:

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

Confidentiality:

• The consultant agrees to keep all confidential information of the client confidential.

Non-solicitation:

• The consultant agrees not to solicit any of the client's employees or customers for a period of one year after the termination of this agreement.

Governing law:

• This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Dispute resolution:

• Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
